Scope of Work the Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for establishing the Program Management Office (PMO), and the oversight, coordination, and completion of department projects/programs. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress, identify and track issues and risks of project/program. Prepares reports for executive leadership regarding status of project/program. Essential Duties Develop and implement an Enterprise Project Management Framework Work to establish a Program Management Office (PMO) Manage integrated projects and programs to replace the CIS and ancillary systems Lead diverse teams across multiple domains and geographies to deliver integrated solutions Ensure the work of the PMO adds value and meet the goals set by the executive leadership team (ELT) Maintain an excellent rapport with staff across all levels Drive, manage, monitor, and report timely delivery of program results Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction Develop program processes and recommend improvements for greater accountability, responsiveness, and efficiency Identify and escalate program issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management Perform other duties as needed Qualifications 10+ years relevant program management experience in consulting or similar work in operations preferably in utilities and government Extensive experience in Program Manager role for large scale CRM, CIS implementation project(s) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced aptitude computer proficiency Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, and Power BI, Project Management Knowledge / experience in CIS/CRM/Field Services, and Customer Service systems and operations Experience using / implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) /BOT High degree in professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the position Skill Required / Desired Amount of ExperienceRelevant program management experience in consulting or similar work in operations preferably in utilities and governmentRequired10YearsExtensive experience in Program Manager role for large scale CRM, CIS implementation project(s)Required10YearsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, and Power BI, Project ManagementRequired10YearsKnowledge / experience in CIS/CRM/Field Services, and Customer Service systems and operationsRequired10YearsExperience using / implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) /BOTRequired10Years Question 2Please list candidate's email address.
