The successful applicant will work through the development lifecycle as we implement technical requirements, analyze business requirements, design, deploy, and document projects. The incumbent should be comfortable working independently, as well as being a leader and consultant as part of project teams. Skills, Duties Required: At least two years of JavaScript and Java application development experience Knowledge base of cloud hosted applications Demonstrated ability with application development. Demonstrated ability with application debugging and code fixes. Familiarity with agile methodologies (preferably SAFe) Understanding of application development best practices Comfortable learning new toolsets and platforms Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Test software using appropriate methodology and techniques. Preferred: Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, and React Fundamental understanding of Java, MVC framework, Spring, Spring Boot Knowledge of serverless application development Experience with version control systems (GIT, BitBucket) Understanding of database design Experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications. Experience with unit testing (Jest) Experience with functional testing (Cypress, Selenium) Experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL) Experience with AWS and/or GCP based applications. Experience with .NET application maintenance and support a plus.
