Title: Implementation Analyst Location: Lincoln Nebraska- onsite 5 days a week Visa: USC/GC preferred MOI: Video The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for onboarding and consulting with clients who are integrating with the company's platforms. They will be required to work directly with the client to consult on integration touch points. They will also be responsible for engagement with Project/Implementation managers from other internal teams and/or clients, identify/help clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, define priorities with implementation engineers, and manage risks. Additionally, the Implementation Analyst will be responsible for creating documentation of processes and procedures, user guides, and testing documentation. The ideal candidate will come from a financial services background, have a strong understanding of financial practices and business methods, and have proven experience in a role that requires strong communication, organization, and leadership. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of professional experience Some Financial Services or Banking industry experience. Must understand things like transaction codes, deposit, CD's (Certificate of Deposits), HSA's, term accounts, deposits, credits, debits, the servicing of deposits and loan accounts, etc. Experience with one of the following core Account Processing Systems: o Fiserv: Premier, Cleartouch, Precision, Signature, DNA o FIS: Bankpac, Bankway, Horizon, IBS/Metavante, Miser o Finastra: Intrieve, Phoenix o Jack Henry: 20/20, Silverlake, Symitar o CSI: Nupoint, Meridian Hogan COCC ASI Cardinal -Strong experience in a client facing/services related role dealing with internal and external clients. -Strong troubleshooting skills & written and verbal communication skills -Strong experience with creating documentation, processes/process documents.
