Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Participate in the testing and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades. Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of strong / current experience in delivering CSM implementations including building integrations Proficient in JavaScript HTML and ServiceNow development best practices. Must have certified implementation specialist (CIS) certification on CSM Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
