Need candidates with good understanding of IT PBM space Detailed JD: Responsible: Health Plan Relationship Management-Daily business engagement on client implementation, ensure successful go live-Help with any requirements definition/translation to UXD and or Dev-Navigate any UXD review with client. -Expand relationship management role to other HP clients including .understand their utilization, coordinate with internal AM/Sales on opportunities to increase adoption and engagement.-Attend all internal/external calls and represent all product/business activity/resource engagement.-Status reporting-Coordination with IT product owner to ensure IT delivery aligns to spec and on time, ensuring a successful go live.-Coordinating with measurement system resource on manual scorecard generation and eventual reporting automation.-Proficient in XLS, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Agile development methodology Qualification: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
