The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Java application development & integration operations using DataPower, Apigee and Azure, and should have experience working with teams across various geos. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team. Roles and Responsibilites: The Java Integration Lead is a senior position that plays a key role in supporting critical & complex integrations in a large eCommerce environment. Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards around API management and security. Mentors & guides members of the team and is an education resource for the integration team. Troubleshoots, Configures and supports the integration services in Java, API Management platform (Apigee) and DataPower. Optimizes API and service proxy runtime components. Recommends and develops service integration standards, guidelines, and best practices. Skills/Qualifications: Computer Science, Business, or related degree and/or professional certification(s) or equivalent experience. 5+ years development experience using Java, Javascript. 2-3 years experience developing and deploying services or APIs. Experience working with SAML and OAUTH security. Ability to document standards, policies, installation guides. Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency. Experience with Azure, Azure Devops Programmability, Azure CLI, and Terraform. Experience with large scale, complex, multi-platform, multi-partner, high-transactional systems. Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all management levels. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Recommended Experience managing the operations on Azure Web Services. Hands-on experience with Java Integrations, Apigee Edge and Datapower. Hands-on experience with Splunk searching and reporting. Hands-on experience with scripting Jython/Python and scripting. Hands-on experience with XSLT. Familiarity with application and service integration patterns.
