Ensure consistency and quality in automated testing delivery. Apply technical expertise and understanding of current industry best practices to assist in defining automation strategy, and to drive forward strategic initiatives. Use advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex testing challenges. Support and maintenance of the test automation process and framework. Develop effective test data management strategies for automated test suites. Review and provide input on test strategies and plans written by others. Mandatory Skills Coordinating with team members Onshore/Offshore. Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. Understanding of and applied experience testing applications across a range of technologies including web, mobile, batch processing, web services and messaging, mainframe, and reporting. Experience working with keyword and data-driven test automation frameworks. *Strong experience using HP ALM or similar tools for test lifecycle management. Experience working with Continuous Integration. Experience working closely with developers, test engineers, and support staff for troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. Strong MS Office applications skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
