Position: SAP S/4 CTRM - Financial Trade in TRM Location: Woodbury, MN (ONSITE) Duration: 12+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 CTRM Consultant with a focus on Financial Trade in TRM (Trading and Risk Management) to join our team for an S/4 deployment project. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in prime, midstream, and downstream IS-OIL best practices with core S/4 experience. Our product lines encompass Propane, Refined Fuels, Refineries/Pipeline/Terminals, and Lubricants, so expertise in these areas will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: SAP S/4 CTRM Implementation: Collaborate with the project team to deploy SAP S/4 for Trading and Risk Management in the specified product lines. Utilize your technical and functional expertise to configure and customize the system according to business requirements. Financial Trade in TRM: Possess a deep understanding of financial instruments commonly used in the energy trading industry, including Futures, Swaps, and Options. Be able to configure and manage these instruments within the SAP TRM module. AP Activate Methodology: Previous experience with AP Activate methodology is essential. Apply this methodology to accelerate the implementation process and ensure adherence to best practices. Business Process Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and propose optimized solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Testing and Training: Collaborate with the testing team to design test cases and conduct thorough testing of the configured system. Additionally, contribute to end-user training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption. Integration and Data Migration: Coordinate with the integration team to integrate SAP S/4 with other systems as needed. Assist in data migration activities to ensure seamless data transfer. Documentation and Support: Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation to aid in future system maintenance and support activities. Requirements: Proven experience in SAP S/4 CTRM implementations with a focus on Financial Trade in TRM (Futures/Swaps/Options). Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP TRM module configuration and customization. Extensive knowledge of prime, midstream, and downstream IS-OIL best practices. Previous exposure to product lines such as Propane, Refined Fuels, Refineries/Pipeline/Terminals, and Lubricants is preferred. Familiarity with AP Activate methodology and its application in SAP projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
