Job Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time. Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 2-4 years experience required. Take visually clear, concise, organized, and structured notes so that they are easy to read and action on later 2-4 Typical Day in the Role Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm running and supporting meetings, action items discussed from meeting, providing updates of the program and to leadership and the field, hands on work, high level of communication. Interaction level with sponsor/team working between two different programs so will be between two different resources Chance for extension later possibly but not as of now Expected working hours 40 hours not expected (ex. could have some hours during the day when off and then have to log back on for ex. 5-7pm) Location Requirements & HTX Details home office, hours of Redmond, WA typically but hours could differ where some days are earlier or later somedays. Somedays could be starting at 7am or 9am then differ for end time.
