The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle process of Discrete Manufacturing. 2. Identify inventory system and procedural problems and assist in the implementation of solutions as needed 3. Effectively coordinate and communicate issue resolutions with end-users. 4. Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance. 5. Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions. 6. Guide and conduct unit testing and comprehensive testing. 7. Ability to articulate business and technical issues related to Inventory 8. Developing strong relationships with colleagues, and other partners 9. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with a range of people of varying technical knowledge, often explaining complex concepts to colleagues and business users/stakeholders 10. Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking, showing attention to detail 11. Demonstrable ability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications 12. Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects.
