Must have excellent communication skills and capable of running user requirement sessions with senior business stakeholders; writing user stories; backlog refinement Must know what limitations are possible in Salesforce example process flows, triggers, workflows vs customization Must have Lifesciences experience working in a Regulated environment Nice to have experience with Medical Devices Industry good understanding of Agile and Safe principles and how his role as a BA will work in such model Must be comfortable working in an offshore model and interacting with technical and business teams Admin and Service or FSL or Communities Certification preferred.
