Lead Salesforce Developer - must have Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Financial Cloud is a strong advantage. Looking for an experienced Developer to provide technical leadership on our Salesforce Platform team. The group leverages the Salesforce platform for Sales, Service and Marketing, using respective clouds. Responsibilities Identify, design, develop and test solutions leveraging Salesforce in support of the Sales and Service functions High complexity custom development using a combination of Visualforce, Apex and Lightning Web Components Develop data integrations with other systems in alignment with our Enterprise Data Strategy Identify, recommend and implement operational best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and DevOps Work on a cross-functional team, including other Salesforce Developers Salesforce Admins and Quality Assurance team members Partner with business and Enterprise Technology teams across the enterprise to drive out solutions that meet business objectives Mentor, support and otherwise drive success for the Sales and Service Cloud Support Salesforce COE/Platform Team Requirements 8+ years of full stack development experience in Java or other open platform technologies Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices Passion for learning and mentoring within the Salesforce platform and technologies Invested in helping teammates and in being a collaborative team player Ability to problem solve and think critically Excellent verbal, and written communication skills Desired Qualifications Experience with building Salesforce Lightning Web Components Salesforce certifications or significant experience Experience implementing DevOps for Salesforce Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Financial Services industry experience a plus Experience leading less experienced resources Thanks & Regards Gurpreet Singh Technical Recruiter : [email protected] Desk No - 980-294-7418 || Ext.
