The Senior Data Scientist Leads an extended team of Analytics Architects and Leads who are matrixed out to delivery. Key Result Areas and Activities: Consulting for New and Existing Clients Provide specialized Data Science advisory consulting to new and existing customers, anchor new capabilities in key accounts, share relevant advisories for customers, support delivery hand-offs, address unmet needs, expand relationships, manage client expectations, and maintain assigned utilization. Maintain Market and Customer Awareness Proactively maintain advanced analytics market trends, customer unmet needs, and analytics partner innovations. Engage Data Science partners, teams, and customers to determine top challenges, unmet needs, roadmaps, and opportunities for innovation. Position Client in the market with customers, analysts, and partners and preferred data and analytics solutions provider. Enable Sales, Marketing, and Delivery Lead and develop the sales, marketing, and delivery integration of the prioritized analytics offerings with delivery. Ensure sales and marketing enablement. Evangelize Data Science offerings in the market and within the organization. Develop and Maintain Offerings Govern the Data Science offerings process, track Data Science solution maturity models, develop and recommend analytics offerings, and, pilot, engineer, implement, and maintain offerings. Ensure implementation methodologies, processes, templates are defined, enhanced and internalized for the prioritized solutions. Content Strategy, Development, and Integration Support and lead development of messaging and content that positions Client as a high-end global consulting organization, lead and influence cross-functional teams to harness Client strengths, communicate stories in the market, and develop sustainable practices around this activity. Market Engagement and Relationships Engage with Data Science - analysts, customers, and partners to position Client as leading analytics solutions provider, validate offerings and messaging, and develop and maintain partner relationships. Maintain market awareness and intelligence. Provide thought leadership. Work and Technical Experience: 12 15 years of relevant experience with delivery of End-to-End Data Science and Analytics Professional Services Expert level experience in supporting Pre-sales consulting and Advisory in the US commercial sector Must have strong considerable years of experience Leading an extended team of Analytics Architects and who are matrixed out to delivery Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations Expertise in popular analytic platforms such Alteryx, Dataiku, H2O.ai and programming languages like R, Python, and modern analytics platforms like Thoughtspot, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
