Responsible for sharing the best practices. Responsible for producing a detailed functional design document. Build and execute SNOW test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Test ServiceNow Functionality across ITSM and ITOM Modules; Incident management, Customer Service, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, User Administration, Reporting, and Discovery.
