Advanced knowledge of agile theory, methodology- including scaling techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation Ability to establish goals and objectives that support delivery execution for multiple teams, contribute to the direction of the function and provide advice to the team and delivery leadership.
