Job Title: QA Automation with Healthcare Domain Location: Columbia, MD (Remote, however Preferred DC, MD, VA, WV local candidates) Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension) Skills : Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs). Functional knowledge of Agile, Spiral and Waterfall methodologies, Proficient Proven experience with the execution and administration of Quality/Process Improvement best practices, Advance. Experience working with Program/Project Quality Assurance/Process Improvement Plans, Advanced. Experience working with Quality Gates or Quality Checkpoints as part of the SDLC, Advanced. Ability to gather information and resolve issues independently, Advanced. Ability to identify, manage and track progress of small to medium complexity projects to support organizational long range business objectives, Advanced. Experience with quality assurance and process improvement, and methodologies and practices in an IT project development, custom software solutions and maintenance environment, Advanced Experience with test automation framework architectural design and development. Experience with Object Oriented Design, and extensive use of programing languages ( Java, Type Script, JavaScript, SQL etc.) Strong experience with Selenium, Cucumber and BDD Framework Experience in Webservices test automation using both open source and commercial tools Experience with relational database management systems (e.g. MS SQL Server, DB2, Big Data) Proven proficiency with T-SQL Proven experience in creating, maintain and run complex database queries. Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall software development life cycle (SDLC) models Experience in multiple environments and/or on multiple operating systems (i.e., Windows, Linux, UNIX, Mainframe) and technologies (.Net, Web technologies, etc.) The ability to work independently and effectively in small teams is necessary, and to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
