We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job Title: Stress Engineer Work Location: Richardson, TX 75082/ Wichita, KS 67210 (Day one Onsite) (Check with the consultant which location they prefer, also check if they are ok to come onsite on both the location) Interview: WebEx Hire Duration: Long Term Detailed Job Description: Responsibilities includes: Perform Static, fatigue and dynamic stress analysis for Aero structures Use of classical hand calculation approach to analyze both primary and secondary structures Experience in both metallic and composite structures/components Provide technical solutions from conceptual to detailed design stage Use of Finite Element Methods for load extraction and to solve complex engineering problems Participate in review meetings with Client, Customer and Suppliers. Engineering Stress report generation and review. Interact with customer; prepare Scope of Work, laydown the execution methodology to ensure that the projects executed meet the customer requirements. Qualifications Basic: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering At least 3 years of experience in Aerospace Industry as a Stress Engineer. Comprehensive knowledge Stress analysis of Aero structures, Nacelle and EBU systems.
