Hi All, IT Project Manager V Location: Charlotte, NC Local profiles only Need Visa independent NOTE: Need profile with ACTIVE PMP Certified and min 4 yrs of Banking domain experience. Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on) Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required Project status oversight and reporting on delays/risks/issues across priorities such as MRA2 and SDM Data quality support, such as reviewing reports and partnering with project managers on timely corrections Portfolio/Program oversight and regular required updates such as tangible business outcomes and metrics Quality assurance reviews and audits Required Skills: 5+ years of relevant Project Management /Delivery Lead experience. PMP Certified. Competent understanding of various SDLC methodologies from Waterfall to Agile. Strong verbal/written communication skills and excellent organization skills. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and effectively prioritize work to meet competing deadlines. Experience with onsite-offshore coordination. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent coordination skills. High technical acumen. Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management (ECM) best practices. Experienced with Lean Agile Core Values & Principles. Familiar with Scrum & Kanban Frameworks; Experience using JIRA. Desired Skills: Program Management Experience.
