The Packaging Engineer role will expand End User Computing capabilities in these areas as well as address Software packaging, testing. Collaborated with App Owners to ensure applications are packaged properly and tested Document the software distribution steps and communicate with end users on the expected result during the software push Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Information Systems area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Management Information Systems area Preferred Qualifications: Strong problem-solving analytical skills Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Experience in Software packaging which includes packaging of Software, Testing Incident resolution. Experience in using Industry standard software packaging software like Flexera Admin Studio. Experience in tools like Service now, Active Directory Experience in hardware troubleshooting Knowledge about Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools Experience in management test collection for packages, deployments.
