Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Raleigh, NC(Remote) Type: Contract Job Description: Hands-on experience in implementing ITSM, HRSD, ITAM - SAM & HAM, CMDB, Discovery, etc. Hands-on experience in configuration of end-to-end Software lifecycle processes including required rules & workflows for software compliance and license Mgmt. Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, import sets, transform maps, bi-directional integrations via REST & SOAP, etc. Experience in MID server setup along with configuring integrations with 3rd party systems for data population of software assets. Ability to interact with client and understand requirements. Lead overall development and provide guidance to team for core configurations. Able to present overall development as well as flow. Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation. Document technical details and release notes Work on bug fixes and core platform developments ServiceNow Certifications: Administration certification ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, etc. - Good to have). Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Specialist Location: Raleigh, NC(Remote) Job Description: Hands on Implementation of CMDB & Asset Management Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and documentation of the ServiceNow CMDB & ITAM Ensure the all-configuration items Cis and relationships are accurately represented and up to date. Develop and enforce CMDB governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and quality. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and document hardware, software, and another IT asset as Cis. Establish and enforce configuration standards, naming conventions, and version control to ensure consistency. Manage the lifecycle of CIs from acquisition through retirement or decommissioning. Act as primary point of contact for customer resources, project activities, and escalations Plan project scope and establishes measurable goals. Configure and manage integration tools for data imports and export and between ServiceNow CMDB and other IT systems. Implementation & customization experience in Discovery, Service Mapping Implement and maintain discovery tools to automatically identify and populate CIs in the CMDB Good knowledge of Networking, Infrastructure and Cloud Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
