The IT SAP Functional Analyst III collaborates with business partners within one or more business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. The IT SAP Functional Analyst III supports one or more highly complex business processes and demonstrates an in depth knowledge of a business area, in the context of the business client's function, to identify and communicate how IT solutions can help. Leads the evaluation and design of complex incident correction. Ensures solutions are in alignment with the established long-term vision. Troubleshoots complex reported incidents and issues and assists junior colleagues. Works with business units to gather requirements. Leads, designs, and provides guidance on change recommendations. Identifies, recommends, and implements complex configuration solutions and implements full life cycle configuration within one or more functional areas to meet business needs. Creates and updates associated documentation. Provides guidance to other functional analysts. Sets testing strategy for the modules. Coordinates and develops test plans. Leads End to End enterprise integration testing. Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to act independently while guiding and training others on analyzing the business requirements that IT solutions must meet.
