ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Validating the SAP fit to business requirements by identifying solution options and business process changes, if necessary.

Configure SAP Production Planning (PP/MRP) and Materials Management (MM) modules to meet new/changing business and operational requirements specifically supporting:

Discrete and Repetitive Production Methodologies

Supporting Work Center, Routing, Bill of Materials (BOM), Production Versions

Capacity Planning

Production Order Execution

Alternative and Substitute Materials

Production Costing

Production Variance

Yield & Scrapping

Quality Management (QM), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM) are nice additional skills

Applies highly professional business and technical knowledge when working with business partners, stakeholders, other ITS groups, and external partners.

Inquisitive, considering business needs while factoring industry best practices, out-of-the-box thinking while assuring scalability and supportable solutions.

Clearly documents requirements, specifications, business process flows, swim lanes to convey complex concepts to a broad audience.

Translates requirements and specifications into configurations first, customization second solutions to meet the needs of business partners while assuring alignment with architectural requirements.

Crafts comprehensive test scenarios and scripts supporting verification and validation protocols.

Works well with geographical diverse and dispersed business partners and ITS teams.

Facilitates meetings within ITS, across business partners and external teams.

Consistently delivers quality solutions, delivering on-time and within budget constraints.

Requires flexibility to adapt to and willingness to learn new technologies with demonstrated initiatives to continue life-long learning.

Shares responsibility with team members for Critical Incident resolution.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

Experience

Minimum 10 years experience beyond essential duties:

Successfully led small to medium size projects

Experience working within an Agile environment, ideally using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology

Writing User and Functional Requirements, Functional Specifications, developing required test scenarios and scripts supporting GAMP V verification and validation methodologies

Skills

Exhibits and promotes positive team-oriented behavior.

Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Motivates others to achieve business partner and leadership objectives.

Concurrently works on multiple efforts based on leadership prioritization.

Successfully transfers knowledge and experience to educate and train others.

Writes well composed supporting documents.

Use of relevant software applications and skills to use them effectively.
