Salesforce CPQ Experience: hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration. Salesforce Sales Cloud: Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, as CPQ is often tightly integrated with Sales Cloud. Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification and other relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred. Business Acumen: Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes, pricing models, and sales workflows. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex CPQ-related issues. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members and drive successful project outcomes.
