Title: Salesforce Developers (716518) Location: Columbus, OH-Hybrid Duration: long term Contract If you dont have these two certification please avoid this Requirement 2 Certifications are a Must and mandatory. o Salesforce Certified Administrator o Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder will need to be able to come onsite as needed- Rhodes Office Tower 18th floor, 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio DODD is requesting two (2) Salesforce Developers using the Technical Specialist 4 classification to support (i.e., maintain and enhance) OhioISP and Rapid Response as well as other new projects that are to be built in-house in Salesforce. Specific requirements are called out below: Technical Specialist for Salesforce We are seeking a knowledgeable Salesforce Developer to serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support, maintain, and enhance newly implemented solutions, as well as building new Salesforce solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following: Serve as senior technical expert and guide our clients to successfully learn, adopt, and use Salesforce through best delivery methodology practices (Agile, scrum, SAFe, etc.) Work with OmniStudio (Vlocity, OmniScript, Flex Cards, etc.) and MuleSoft. Collaborate with other developers and project managers to deliver solutions that meet & exceed client expectations within budget and deadlines parameters. Able to integrate other applications to MS Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required; Masters degree is a plus. Required Certifications: o Salesforce Certified Administrator o Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder 10 or more years of post-undergrad industry experience and professional experience in solution development using a combination of Salesforce and other cloud development technologies. 5 or more years experience with software development for Developmental Disabilities field. Skills: Technical Specialist 4 must have solid salesforce.com skills. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or information systems or related field. 10 or more years of experience in Information systems operations environment in Analysis, Design & Development. Minimum of 3 years of Professional Experience in development & administration of applications in Salesforce platform-based technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) including experience in Apex, SOQL development, Java Script and specifically Lightning Component Framework. 3+ years of Experience in building and Managing Communities. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration, Customization and Coding. Minimum of 3 years of experience with SFDC data model and the data migration / integration capabilities of SFDC. Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Jitterbit, etc. Handle web services API integrations with other internal and 3rd Party systems (REST & SOAP). 5+ years of experience with Scrum in agile development practices. Required ability to propose, document, and implement software project lifecycle solutions (software and documentation). DESIRED Skill Sets: Demonstrate effective leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and business teams. Ability to work independently, as well as part of an Agile team. Establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Recognize patterns and opportunities for improvement throughout the entire organization.
