Youll serve as a member of the PMO team, working with infrastructure product and support managers to lead a hardware and software refresh across our global firm. Specifically, you will: Be the central point of contact for infrastructure programs, coordinating across all teams to ensure deliverables/requirements are clearly defined, dependencies are well-known, and risks/issues are understood Clearly communicate status of the program ensuring the communication is catered to the audience (project members, stakeholders, senior executives, etc.) Clearly define the implementation plans for projects with clear goals, milestones, and timelines Develop and maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams and support the project team to determine cross project dependencies. Establish project/program governance to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the risks/issues and status of the programs and there is a clear escalation path to resolve open items Communicate plan variance and develop remediation options Promote continuous improvement by documenting and communicating lessons learned Monitor project budget and expenses to ensure project is delivered within budget Coordinate with procurement on vendor contracts Whats required: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services Experience with large-scale distributed systems operating system and infrastructure upgrades Experience working on end-user projects, including upgrading operating systems, Microsoft office suites, voice and video tools, and end user compute hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) Understanding of IT infrastructure domain, including compute hardware, virtualization, operating systems (Windows/Linux), database, storage, network, connectivity, and monitoring tools Familiarity with AWS products and services such as EC2, S3, VPC Familiarity with ITSM and product delivery workflow, including establishing SLAs with incident/problem routing in change management process Experience dealing with multiple vendors and service providers Ability to communicate across a wide range of audience from project team members to senior executives.
