Title Oracle ERP SCM Lead - Fusion Location Remote Duration Long term USC or GC only Job Description: Primary Responsibilities Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert within the Oracle SCM functional areas. Lead the system implementation and set up for Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain applications. Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions around Supply Chan and Warehouse and Logistics Collaborate with users to identify gaps, capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality, and development of solutions. Configure Oracle ERP to meet Business Requirements Lead configuration and business process walk through with the client. Perform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads. Provide estimates and timelines to deliver functionality based on Business Requirements Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers. Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Oracle ERP. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' global experience in implementing or supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain within the Life Sciences industry. Strong understanding of all SCM and Procurement modules (Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Cost Management, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Product Hub, Supplier Portal, Self Service Procurement, Supply Chain Planning). Expertise in Oracle SCM (ASCP, OM, PO, INV, BOM, WIP, WMS, OTM) Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis, application design, testing, and supporting end users in a business environment. Experience with regulatory guidelines and managing environments containing regulated systems. Experience in GMP environments. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an agile delivery environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. Good functional knowledge of Life Sciences commercialization processes. Oracle Cloud Certifications Infrastructure, Platform as a Service or Cloud Applications preferred.
