Scrum Master skills required Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification Focus Everyone focus on the work in the sprint and the goal of the scrum team. Rise and fall as a team Specialized Skills and Technologies Experience in managing large and complex technical projects Understanding of fundamentals of IT Architecture & Systems to deliver solutions is a must Experience in integrating multiple systems (logic and data) across the enterprise is required Functional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions either related to software, data or Infrastructure projects is required Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required Ability to create and follow work and data flow charts is required Need to understand Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile Budget and risk management capabilities Job Description: Project Manager job is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, programs, and portfolios. 5+ years leading system development or relevant IT Project management work experience. The job leads projects, programs, and portfolios or leads an Agile ART or several agile teams, through the systems development life cycle from planning through hyper care, working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors. The work also includes leading, collaboration, coaching team members and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives.
