Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories, to communicate requirements to the development team and other stakeholders. Analysis and Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and propose technology solutions that meet the identified needs. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancement. Stakeholder Management: Engage with business users, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding. Requirements Must Haves: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (sales or service cloud) knowledge of standard, out of the box, Salesforce functionality. Business analysis experience (strong w/ leading requirements sessions and advising our stakeholders). Experience writing user stories. Preferred: Insurance experience preferred.
