The key experience for the BA is with an Enterprise software package called Enablon. Enablon documents and tracks risks, compliance, health and safety plus much more. Ergon currently has 15 different modules offered under Enablon. For example, if there is slip, trip, fall, spill - it is put into the system. If there is a quality issue with the product it is entered into Enablon. If an emission at a plant is out of compliance, it is registered. You can think of Enablon is the hub of information that enables them to manage risks (risks of all sorts). The Business Analyst will gather new requirements for for Enablon to be communicated to the Enablon software engineer.
