Our ideal candidate will design, develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions. HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery They will need to support a project team, capture customer requirements, plan, design, and deliver based on platform best practices. Responsibilities Meet with practice owners and stakeholders to identify requirements to design, configure, test, and deploy. Perform configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform. Participate in efforts to execute testing and document results. Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, projects objectives, within predetermined timelines.) Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the ServiceNow platform. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc. Assist with maintaining the platform, with up-to-date patching, versioning, and server security updates. Provide technical support to platform users to include troubleshooting, implementing enhancements, and writing knowledge articles. Skills: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture best practices, including an understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM), cloud management, charge back solutions, Automation Engine, App Engine, Reporting, Dashboards, ServiceNow Mobile, Performance Analytics, and other modules, connectors. Extension experience with APIs, Integration Hub, connectors, and ServiceNow store apps Direct experience working on customer development projects enterprise level organizations. Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery preferred. Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred. Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) and integration with ServiceNow Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Experience: 3-5 years' Experience developing on ServiceNow platform, including architecture design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
