This is a developer resource (not a standard QA resource) that understands databases almost as well as a DBA (SQL, Python, Java, SSIS). The primary goal of test data management solution lead is to ensure that test environments have the right data in the right state to simulate real-world scenarios and validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the software being developed. Proper test data management is crucial for achieving accurate and reliable test results and minimizing risks in software releases. This could be a SDET with a background in Test Data Management (TDM). This candidate has to be a proactive (Lead) Requirements: Expert-level knowledge, skills and background with Microsoft SQL and Data Transmission/integration experience (SSIS) Experience with Delphix data masking, or CATDM and implementation of new data provisioning solutions. Experience and competency with multiple scripting languages like JavaScript, Power, Python, etc. Experience working in Agile or Scrum or SDLC methodologies. Experience in test data management, test strategy, testing planning and execution. Experience in enterprise architecture and application system engineering preferred. Experience with unstructured, structured, and semi-structured data preferred. (Relational databases both distributed (SQL Server) and various structured file formats Knowledge of various environmental elements as they relate to testing and test data management Strong learning competency and ability to teach others Testing and technical planning skills with IT architecture design and Application Development Basic understanding of PHI/PII Elements and Safe Harbor Standards Advanced troubleshooting/problem-solving capabilities Background in enterprise data warehouse solution preferred.
