Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 60 months experience in the area of: public health information Systems such as Medicaid or the Childs Health Insurance Program. 84 months experience using Oracle or Vertica products including: SQL Developer, SQL plus and executing SQL scripts using DBeaver to query Vertica and Oracle Databases. 60 Months of experience in decision support / business intelligence environments utilizing Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau. 84 months experience Working with Stakeholders and vendor in the entire project life cycle from requirement gathering to Implementation. 84 months experience with Center for Medicaid/Medicare Systems Standards and Codes such as EDI 837, EDI 834, ICD Codes, HIPAA etc. and various CMS Medicaid Reports such as TMSIS, CMS64 etc. 60 Months experience in the analysis, design and testing of enterprise applications using JAVA/J2EE, XML, SOAP, DB2/Oracle and Web Services. 84 Months of experience with data acquisition, cleansing, and integrations processes (ETL, ELT); including at least one major data integration tool (Informatica/Data Stage/Data Integrator). Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology. Description: The position will serve on the Data books team, with responsibilities related to the development of Medicaid Data books, primarily instituting predictive analytics and, secondarily, training bureau staff in predictive modeling and analytics. On a daily basis, the IT specialists will work with the D5 Data books team to accomplish the following tasks: Development and implementation of predictive analytics within the framework of Data books. Evaluation of the structure of current Data books and requirements gathering for continued improvement. Evaluation of new Data books and requirements gathering for implementation. Participation in regular communications with program staff and development of a socialization campaign to increase Data books awareness and importance to the policy-making process.
