Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITAM modular platform Develop ServiceNow ITAM configuration, including automated asset data population, integrations with SCCM, JAMF & other asset sources, etc. Experience in configure end-to-end SAM Pro processes & activities along with reconciliation & reclamation rules, reports & workspaces. Good knowledge & understanding of HAM process & design along with asset lifecycle implementation. Document every development, configuration and technical details & prepare training material. ServiceNow Administration certification ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (SAM, HAM) Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY): ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (Discovery + various tracks) Soft Skills: Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials. Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills. Ensures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration.
