CSF Design is a must. Candidate must have either Java or Mainframe. Job summary: The CSF design manager has the responsibility to manage design teams, lead the planning and research stages, set goals and guidelines, liaise with internal and external parties, and develop strategies according to the projects requirements. They must also evaluate the staffs performance and resolve issues should any arise. Also it involves motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams. Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher. Overseeing the design process using technical expertise. Experience: 8+ years Nice to have skills: Stream weaver for Distributed Env. Roles & Responsibilities: Should have good hands-on in components like Document Design, Input Design, Output Design, Messages, Images, Tables of Contents, Text Boxes, Conditions, Font Filter, User Variables and Procedure. Hands on experience in development of complex letters/forms using CSF Designer. Experience in designing end-to-end document templates starting with gathering the requirements from business stakeholders till delivering working solution. Experience on requirement analysis, estimation, design, development, validation, and maintenance of static and customer communications/documents using CSF Designer. Knowledge on Installation/Configuration of CSF Designer components/modules Good experience in various CSF Designer versions V15/V19.1/V20.0. Experience in Barcodes, Enveloping, Sorting. Able to Design and create any type of document for batch, real-time or interactive delivery from a simple letter to an interactive proposal to the complex Form.
