You'll need to understand the current system, identify future needs and create solutions to help meet those needs. You'll need to demonstrate excellent understanding of the way Incentives works and the service line it operates in, as you will be helping to develop its functions and services to meet goals. You will also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to explain how Incentives can support the client's needs.
