Title: SAP GRC Migration to S/4HANA Lead Duration: 6 months (extendable) Location: SW Canton OH Qualifications:- 10 plus Years SAP Security and GRC experience with ECC & S/4HANA with FIORI- GRC 12 migration from standalone to S/4HANA embedded module Minimum 1 end to end migration/conversion to S/4HANA embedded GRC module experience. Understanding S/4HANA GRC roadmap and associated mappings Good understanding of the SAP authorization concept and the role-based access control model Experience in SAP GRC Access Controls Suite / Process Controls Suite Experience with implementation of mitigation controls for SOD violations and remediation Multiple years experience in SAP system audit and risk management and able to effectively strategize control testing and implementation. 8 years in relevant security governance, risk and compliance roles focused on executing SAP security and associated identity and access management function. Ability to build and lead a team. Ability to partner with IT and Business stakeholders on initiatives. Excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency. Experience in risk assessments and audits related to all products and functions e.g., HANA, Basis, Fiori etc. implemented as part of the SAP technology portfolio. Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS & Azure)- Strong skills in SAP Security Design Configuration and Administration. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject, or equivalent relevant work experience Recommended Job Skills: Access Control, Concept Development, Upgrade, Migration to embedded S/4HANA GRC module. Job Description:- The SAP GRC Security Specialist will migrate and manage user roles and permissions in S4/HANA Environment and maintain the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) modules. Design and build S/4HANA roles for FIORI apps- Implementing, customizing, maintaining SAP S/4HANA & FIORI Security based solutions. Will be responsible for creating business blueprint and design documents in consultation with business for Security and GRC activities. Design and assess SAP GRC Access Control suite of programs, including user provisioning, segregation of duty management, emergency access, and role management. Setup GRC User Access Management Process to monitor key business processes. Setup Continuous Control Monitoring in GRC for different business processes, automated and manual controls Responsible for leading SAP GRC maintenance, user role/account management Partnering closely with Information Security leaders you will develop infosec capabilities while developing and maintaining security standards, policies, procedures and processes while ensuring that company systems are fully compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and privacy laws. Coordinating with various team for smooth implementation of Security and GRC tasks and should have foresight to predict dependency on other teams.
