From: Harish Joshi, Resource Logistics [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Network Voice Engineer L-3 Location: Denver CO (Onsite) Rate: $55/hr. on C2C MAX Note- Onsite from day one Job Description Working experience with Cisco Voice Devices Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco Voice Gateway, CER and Overhead paging in complex networks Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices. Have clear understanding on signalling protocols ISDN, SIP, H.323 & MGCP. Configure, install, schedule/validate maintenance, and troubleshoot Phone and Fax including Voicemails, and Auto Attendants Work & Coordinate with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems & OEMs for resolution. Basic technical knowledge in Nortel, Tadiran and Legacy PBX. Technical knowledge on recording solutions such as Nice, Telstart. Rack and Stack UCS serves and Cisco devices. Integrating Voice services with other technologies Hands on experience in UCCX scripts. Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization from end-user to senior management about both business and IT needs. Understand network engineering best practices and ability to work independently as well as a team player Work closely with project management to ensure timelines are met with a high level of client satisfaction. Review reports to ensure all services are completely and successfully delivered. Proactively intervene to correct problems when they are encountered. Use metrics to improve processes Communicate deviances from plan/scope to ensure projects stay on track and follow change process and implement accordingly. Ability to prepare and review as-built documentation, operating instructions, worksheet and procedures. Perform other duties as requested Supports the implementation and maintenance of assigned enterprise infrastructure systems to ensure successful deployment and operation by developing and documenting detailed standards (e.g., guidelines, processes, procedures) for the introduction and maintenance of services Collaborates with Technology partners to help define and understand target strategies Evaluates new service options, identifies issues and impacts Provides post-implementation support, making system enhancements as needed Keywords: information technology Colorado |
