Job Title: Middleware Consultant Location: Remote Type: Contract Job Description: Total IT Experience of around 7 years in the field of middleware technologies and hands on experience on the following: Axway - Secure Transport, Python Experience in Gathering Requirements from the application team & Developing the flows for both (internal & external vendors) through different protocols (FTP, SSH, HTTPS, PeSIT, s3, Folder Monitor) depending on the Application teams Requirement. Experience in installing and configuring, updating, and applying patch, service pack in MFT Secure Transport 5.4 and upgrading Axway Secure Transport from 5.4 to 5.5 Experience in migrating from ocfs file system to nfs file system in SUSE server. Experience in migrating application Secure Transport from SUSE Linux to RHEL Linux. Experience in configuring SSL Login Certificates and PGP keys for Encryption/Decryption. Experience in checking for the expiry of the certificates and importing the new key by coordinating with application team. Experience is solving service tickets, Trouble-shooting different production issue and service task to deliver the production support to client within the SLA. Experience in supporting yearly DR (Disaster recovery) activity to ensure DR servers are working as expected. Experience in auditing & monitoring: Axway server performance, server load and disk space usage, analysing/reporting the data on monthly basis. Experience in creating design documents for all applications and presentations to the client. Experience in MySQL and Marid database in which we do database maintenance and other activities for our servers in all the environments. Experience on writing python scripts integrated with REST APIs for automation of tasks and REST services for the application users in Axway. Good Knowledge of EDI standards Strong in MFT development end to end migration activities.
