http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=496318&uid= From: Ashvani Tyagi, IDC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Java Technical Project Manager Location: Onsite Day 1: Phoenix, AZ (4/5 days in office weekly) Contract Job summary: Should have good hands-on experience in Angular JS, Core Java, Java Script, Android SDK, and React JS Should be very good in communication Should be well versed with ITIL v3 framework Ready to work in 24x7 support Service Delivery Management Experience: 10+ years Top 3 Must Haves: Core Java Angular JS ITIL Required Skills: Core Java, Angular JS, ITIL, Production support experience, Java Script, Android SDK, React JS with ITIL skills Nice to Have Skills: Banking Domain experience Roles & Responsibilities Act as the Single Point of Contact for Delivery for the project Responsible for End to End Service Delivery for the portfolio Devise Corrective and Preventive actions for any Service Level breaches, near misses and Customer escalations Service delivery to effectively leverage ITIL capabilities (e.g. Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc.) Manage defined processes and risks with respect to organization and customer Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery Service Tracking Ensure service performance of the portfolio through defined metrics and KPIs Participate in WSR & MSR and Service performance review meeting and ensure availability of all relevant performance data Ensure that status reports & dashboards are sent to the customer for the project(s) at the agreed intervals. Resolving all customer requests, issues / escalations in a timely manner.
