Working with a preferred vendor. This is critical position which requires close interaction with product management team in person in PST time zone at Bellevue Client Headquarters. Responsibilities Position Description: Job Title: Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant Job Summary: As a Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support in implementing customizing and optimizing SAP systems for clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders project managers and technical teams to analyze business requirements design solutions and ensure successful implementation of SAP modules. In this role you will utilize your deep technical knowledge of SAP systems combined with strong functional understanding to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders to design and implement SAP solutions that align with business objectives. Provide expert guidance on SAP system configuration customization and integration ensuring optimal utilization of system capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality identify and resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to educate end-users and support the adoption of SAP solutions. Develop and maintain documentation including functional and technical specifications configuration guides and user manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system errors leveraging your in-depth understanding of SAP modules and underlying technologies. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies trends and best practices and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize system performance and functionality. Lead and mentor junior consultants providing guidance support and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth within the team. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring successful project execution. Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP modules and related functionalities during pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Extensive experience (8+ years) working as an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on multiple SAP modules such as FI/CO SD MM PP or others. In-depth understanding of SAP system architecture data structures and integration points between modules. Strong expertise in SAP configuration customization and enhancement techniques. Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects including requirements gathering design development testing and go-live support. Proficient in ABAP programming SAP NetWeaver technologies and SAP integration tools (PI/PO). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and provide effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients at all levels of the organization. Experience in leading and mentoring junior consultants is preferred. SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or technologies is a plus.
