This role will have daily oversight over 15+ Consultants. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience overseeing testing efforts for complex implementations. Must have experience developing and presenting to Sr Leadership across Business and Technology. Job Description: Overall 10+ years of experience in Data Validation / ETL projects 6+ years of leading testing of Data initiatives including Data migration, Data transformation and Data Quality Validation Tests (DQVT) 3+ years of Banking Industry experience, delivered Data Quality projects/solutions (desired) Nice to have but Not required 3+ years of Snowflake DB Testing experience with strong SQL skills Strong program delivery skills to coordinate the activities with multiple project team members in onsite/nearshore/offshore model. (Required) Experience Data Modernization Programs - interacting Business and IT teams to drive requirements, solution design, implementation, and data validations. Good at stakeholder communication with oral, written, and presentation skills. Experience in leading ETL/DQVT teams Deeper understanding of SDLC, Test Life Cycle, and Data Pipes Experience in leading automated testing for data migration and data quality validation projects (Python etc..). Experience in creating operational & dimensional, logical & physical data models, ETL, DWH, and BI solutions without any guidance or supervision Good experience in Agile/Scrum, Scaled Agile experience. Hands on experience in resolving issues in data mapping, technical specs, solutioning, defect triaging, and the incidents reported Experience in developing automated solutions for data validation activities. Experience in any cloud platform - AWS, Azure, GCP. Good at training teams on ETL, SQL, Snowflake, Data Validation Automation, and knowledge management practices Must Have: -10+ years of overall experience -6+ years of leading testing of Data initiatives including Data migration, Data transformation and Data Quality Validation Tests (DQVT) -3+ years of Snowflake DB Testing experience with strong SQL skills -Strong program delivery skills to coordinate the activities with multiple project team members in onsite/nearshore/offshore model.
