Job Title: Product Manager - Data Strategy Location: Remote - EST work schedule 11Months Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for managing the product roadmaps, strategy, and vision for analytics products for the Data Science Center of Excellence (COE). Will work alongside leadership to ensure that scalable, effective products are developed, maintained, and presented to stakeholders. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure that product enhancements and overall development is prioritized to meet emerging business needs. What You Will Do * Define product requirements based on competitive analysis and market research * Manage budgets for product redesigns including strategic and financial objectives * Prepares projections, analyzes potential operations, and identifies the steps necessary to manage/enhance product lines * Studies the direction for assigned products and product lines after conducting market studies * Designs, plans, and implements changes to assigned products * Develops product policies and roadmaps * Provides input to overall project activities for major initiatives * Works within a cross-functional work group to maintain the product within the market * Monitors and reports on product performance and takes appropriate corrective action when necessary * Supports the entire organization as the product experts * Provides field and customer support for assigned products, including communication of market strategy, product and competitive information, pricing and promotions What You Bring * Bachelor's degree * A minimum of 8-9 years of product management experience managing one or multiple products/services or 8-9 years of strategic marketing, group health sales or networking experience that would provide in depth knowledge of health insurance products * Strong consultative skills (problem solving, interviewing, presentation, executive presence) required * If no degree, a minimum of 8-9 years of experience is required * Prior experience working alongside data science teams to develop and launch analytic products a plus * Prior experience launching data science models as products a plus * Pragmatic Certified Product Manager certification a plus Prince Gautam Recruiter e: [email protected] o: (+1) 609-606-9010 ext.1972 m: (+1) 732-537-8127 103 Morgan Lane, Ste. 102 Plainsboro, NJ 08536, USA.
