Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics, and isolation levels Experience with database migration, preferably from Sybase to Postgres is desirable. Experience with Postgres Client interface drivers and installation Strong Unix/Linux knowledge and experience in Unix scripting, Python programming is desirable.
