Job Title ::IAM Architect (IGA experience mandatory) Location : Jersey City NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Are you a highly skilled and experienced Saviynt IGA Architect. In this role, you will take charge of designing, implementing, and managing Saviynt IGA solutions while leading a team of developers. Your expertise in identity and access management principles will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our IAM initiatives. Responsibilities: IAM Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the IAM strategy, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization's security requirements. Develop IAM roadmaps and implementation plans to achieve strategic goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to IAM. IAM Solution Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access management, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and application development, to seamlessly integrate IAM solutions into existing systems and processes. Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of IAM developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. Define project goals, allocate resources, and manage the team's workload to ensure timely delivery of IAM projects. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats in the IAM infrastructure. Develop and implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies to address identified risks. Collaborate with the security team to ensure IAM solutions align with the organization's overall security framework. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, progress reports, and recommendations regarding IAM initiatives. Foster strong relationships with vendors and external partners to leverage their expertise and stay informed about IAM advancements. Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in IAM development and implementation, with a focus on leading projects and teams. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, standards, and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, RBAC, and PKI. Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and platforms, such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or similar solutions. Proficient in programming languages commonly used in IAM development, such as Java, Python, or C#. Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Solid understanding of security principles, access controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering scalable and robust IAM solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
