This role is intended to execute the duties of the Business Continuity Analyst and support the Business Continuity Team, as well as become a productive member, able to assume any role, including critical positions should they become vacant during a Business Continuity Event. Provide direction to all areas of Technology and the Business Continuity Team to review and update documentation required for the Program, including but not limited to: o Departmental Business Continuity Plans o The Business Impact Analysis o The Communication Strategy o The Disaster Recovery Manual Provide direction to all areas of the Bank and Information Technology for the execution of disaster recovery tests, including but not limited to: o Critical Applications o Staffing Resources required o Playbook planning and maintenance o Bank-wide test plans o Issue identification and resolution o Drafting of test documentation o Provide direction to all areas of the Bank and Information Technology for the execution of Cloud-based disaster recovery tests, including but not limited to: o Instance Recovery within an Availability Zone o Instance recovery across Availability Zones o Instance recovery across Regions Provide support for the development of the Cloud-based Disaster Recovery Strategy. Other Duties : As a Member of the Emergency Response Team, during an event, the Business Continuity Analyst may be required to: Keep an overnight bag with clothes and other essentials for at least 3 days Stay overnight at a hotel room reserved by the company Performs other related duties as assigned.
