Because this client is so large and uses a lot of vendors, they need to have all the skills in red to be submitted and looked at! Job Requirement: Research Software Engineering: CPD&D Crop Protection Discovery & Development. Acts as a liaison between business and software development team. Collaborating with architect, PO and SME, gathering requirements and defining the project scope. Create business process maps and create wireframes. Facilitates the definition and development of user stories and project estimates with the product owner and SMEs to meet the business needs. Points product backlog and refines stories every sprint with the team. Ensures stories and acceptance criteria are appropriately defined & documented. Experience with JIRA or Azure Dev Ops for backlog management. Creates burn-up charts, project estimates, updates timelines and knows how to identify and communicate delays Facilitates business process mapping using Visio, Lucid chart, Mural or MS whiteboard. Experience wireframing using Lucid chart or Balsamiq Works with Product Owner to prioritize stories every sprint. Creates detailed functional requirements and business rules. Documents detailed non-functional requirements. Identifies dependencies on other teams and collaborates and communicates to resolve issues quickly Leads all scrum ceremonies daily stand-up, backlog refinement, planning, pointing, sprint review/demo, retro and sponsor check-ins Designs, writes and executes test cases to meet acceptance criteria for new functionality, enhancements, and defect repairs Experience writing SQL to query and validate test results in a database Strong communication, documentation, planning and decision-making skills Bachelor's Degree 4+ years as a BA Backlog management in JIRA/ADO Experience using Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams Wireframing experience using Balsamiq, Lucidchart, or Sketch Basic SQL Microsoft Office fluency Process mapping fluency Visio, Lucidchart preferred Interpersonal communication Thanks, and Regards Akash Mandal | Technical Recruiter Email | trooBell Technologies LLC.
