http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=507523&uid= From: Yeshwanth M, Stellar IT Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Project Manager (Healthcare background Fully Remote) Location: Remote Job Description: The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Consult with customer agency leadership on product strategy and feature roadmap associated with the implementation of required new capabilities and restoring pre-COVID,capabilities in the Medicaid enterprise systems. Manage roadmap to ensure that enhancements and epics for interfaces are completed in accordance with Federal and State guidance and within the required timeframes for implementation. Support impacted stakeholders for all enhancements and epics for interfaces and provide the opportunity for stakeholders to impact the prioritization of module tasks. Coordinate with CMS, partners, vendors, legal counsel, and other program staff on regulations regarding the Medicaid program to establish project requirements and to resolve conflicts timely. Provide day-to-day management of activities. Identifies and escalates impediments and risks to project roadmap. Activity and resource planning. Analyzing project risks and issues, to help identify ways to mitigate risks. Process monitoring. Monitor project deliverables. Identifies project resources and works with the Customer Agency project personnel and contractors; to assign individual responsibilities. Reviews deliverables prepared by the sprint team before sending them to production. Utilize Customer Agency software such as JIRA, Snag-It, Zephyr Scale, and others as necessary to perform duties. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Minimum two years of professional experience supporting agile technical projects. Experience presenting information to technical and non technical audiences. Excellent analytical skills, effective organizational and time management skills. Enhanced attention to detail and follow up, and verbal/written communications skills Establish and foster relationships with stakeholders Identify and manage risks and issues associated with projects Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Minimum two years of professional experience with healthcare and information architectures, especially Medicaid or similar. Minimum of two years of professional experience in Medicaid eligibility and its impact on claims processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), and/or benefit administration. High level of expertise and understanding of the day-to-day functions of Medicaid Enterprise Systems impacting eligibility activity and the relationship between the eligibility. system and the FI, the MCEs, Enrollment Broker (EB), and Third-Party Liability (TPL) and other vendors. Relevant Enterprise Level Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, CTA, CISSIP-ISSP, PCSA, CTA.
