Hands-on experience in designing, developing and delivering highly effective solutions Detailed, hands-on experience in all phases of End to End Implementations, Support, Enhancements and Upgrade projects - responsible for impact analysis, requirements gathering, providing solution design, application configuration, testing, data migration along with post go-live support activities. Detailed, hands on experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle Experience in effectively working with internal and external business partners in a matrix organization, building credible stakeholder relationships Communication to Leadership & Stakeholders regarding Accomplishments, Deliverable Status & Challenges Lead the operational analysis to identify errors, user training needs, efficiency trends, and end-user customer satisfaction issues.
