The key responsibilities include: Developing comprehensive test scenarios and cases. Executing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Participating in, and occasionally facilitating, test scenario and results reviews. Maintaining clear communication with the UAT lead throughout the testing life cycle, escalating any perceived or legitimate issues promptly. Collaborating closely with Developers, System Analysts, and Business Analysts to support defect analysis, reproduction, and documentation. Translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and managing changes to these specifications. Key Qualifications: We are particularly interested in candidates who possess the following qualifications: Familiarity with testing Business Rules to create both positive and negative test cases. Prior experience working on projects utilizing Agile methodology. Ability to construct standard or automated regression test suites. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform effectively as part of a team.
