Position Overview:

We are seeking seasoned Workday Functional Consultant . As a Workday Functional Analyst, candidate will play a crucial role in configuring, and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system to meet the organization's business needs. Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT professionals to identify requirements, design solutions, and optimize Workday functionalities to enhance customers HR processes.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their HR and business process requirements.

Conduct in-depth analysis of current HR workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using Workday.

Workday Configuration and Customization:

Utilize your expertise in Workday HCM to configure and customize the system based on business requirements.

Implement and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Management.

Integration Management: (Good to have)/ Optional

Collaborate with the integration team to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.

Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance

System Upgrades and Enhancements:

Stay informed about the latest Workday releases and new features to assess their relevance to the organization's needs.

Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements in coordination with the IT team.

Data Management and Security:

Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system.

Monitor and maintain data quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

As a Workday Functional Analyst, candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations and supporting the success customers workforce.

Proven experience as a Workday Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in configuring Workday HCM modules; at least three Workday modules.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into Workday system configurations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.

Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics is a plus.

Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory.
